DIMAPUR, OCT 12 (NPN): Nagaland on Monday reported 221 fresh COVID-19 positive cases- 166 in Dimapur, 52 in Kohima and 3 in Mokokchung- taking the tally to 7420 cases.
According to Health department, one COVID related death was reported in Kohima- minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Justice & Law, C.M. Chang- taking the official death toll in the state to 18*. Further, out of 7240 positive cases, the distribution across various categories of people include 3338 cases from the armed forces/police, 1553 returnees, 1978 traced contacts and 369 frontline workers.
