DIMAPUR, August 6: Security forces in a joint operation with the police reportedly apprehended four cadres of “Nikki Sumi group” at Teenpati, Kohima on August 1.
According to PRO IGAR (N), the joint team, based on a specific input, swung into action and apprehended the cadres. PRO said the team recovered cash of Rs. 7930, one Gypsy, and hand written demand letter on GPRN official letter pad signed by ‘ss brig’ Kisheto Aye written to M/S Peseyie construction, Kohima.
The apprehended persons along with recovered items were handed over to North police station, Kohima for further investigation, PRO informed.
