DIMAPUR, AUG 9 (NPN): A massive landslide at Lower Etsujukha Colony in Wokha town on Friday afternoon due to heavy rainfall damaged at least five houses.
However, there is no report of any casualty or injury.
According to DIPR, the damaged houses developed cracks on floors, walls, retaining walls, foundation, etc.
Some of the houses were completely dismantled fearing loss of property and life.
Till the filing of this report, residents said they did not inform authorities concerned on the matter. The estimated loss of property caused by the landslide has not yet been ascertained.
