Lokayukta, NPSC reforms, termination of backdoor appointments and other charter of demands

Note: The charter of demands below have still not been submitted to the new Chief Minister. The demands were those placed before the last government. However the points raised in the charter of demands, including on the Lokayukta, are still to be fully met and implemented. Hence, the demands are expected to be submitted to the new CM as they are still relevant and in public interest.
