Kohima, October 23 (MExN): Food Fusion, a new restaurant offering authentic Naga dishes alongside galho and regular snacks menu was opened at Kezieke in Kohima on October 20. The menu features Naga dishes like smoke pork with anishi, bamboo shoot, axone, beef innards, and pork.
It also offers regular snacks ranging from noodles to dumplings and beverages to roti. Passionate about cooking different cuisines led Shekhonu Rhakho to open the new restaurant in partnership with Samanier Jamir.
Earlier, Sekholu Rhakho, deaconess, Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima pronounced dedicatory prayer.
