Mokokchung, November 13 (MExN): In observance of District Level Padyatra activities marking the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel from October 31 to November 25, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Mokokchung organised a health camp at MMC complex, Mokokchung on November 12.
Total of 104 beneficiaries were screened for Non Communicable Diseases and medicines were also distributed, stated a press release.
Under District level Padyatra activities, five health camps will be conducted in both urban and rural areas by the health department.
The next NCD screening Camp will be held on November 15 at MMC complex whereby NCD screening for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Anemia etc will be conducted targeting both the vendors as well as the shoppers.
