DIMAPUR, SEP 24 (NPN): With 59 fresh COVID-19 positive cases being reported from across the state, the tally rose to 5730 cases on Thursday.
According to a Health bulletin, 46 cases were detected in Dimapur, 8 in Kohima, 4 in Zunheboto and 1 in Mon.
As on September 24, there were 1088 active cases, 4598 recovered, 16 deaths* and 28 migrated.
As per the severity of symptoms, 1075 active cases were asymptomatic, 10 mild, 2 severe and 1 case on ventilator.
Further, out of the 5,730 positive cases, the distribution across various categories of people include 2716 cases from the armed forces/police, 1462 returnees, 1216 traced contacts and 336 frontline workers.
