Staff Reporter DIMAPUR, JULY 28 (NPN): The 8th installation ceremony of Innerwheel Club Dimapur (IWCD) was held here, on Tuesday, at Rotary Centre, Midland.
During the ceremony, Mamta Bucha and Nidhi Modi was inducted as Innerwheel president and secretary respectively for the tenure 2021-2022.
At the programme, secretarial report of the year (2020-21) power point presentation was presented by outgoing secretary. The ceremony also highlighted release of club bulletin (2020-21) by club editor Vinita Sethi, felicitation of various awards such as district awards, presidents award, felicitation of outgoing teams and felicitation of five women entrepreneurs were also held.
The programme was followed by a presentation of project on health care where a wheelchair was provided to an 89 year old women and presentation of project in educational help to provide school fee for girl child.
Outgoing president Sanjukta Bhattacharjee, installation officer PDG Chandu Agarwal also delivered speeches at the programme.
DCP traffic Dimapur, Jatila Jamir and Pinkie Agarwal attended the programme as chief guest and guest of honour respectively.
Later, vote of thanks was delivered by IWCD vice president Rekha Jain.
