Dimapur, March 28 (MExN): The Ladies Unit, Naga Army, celebrated 25 Years of Raising Day “Sisters in Arms: Unveiling the Legacy” on March 26 at the Ladies Unit Compound, General Headquarters, Naga Army.
Gracing the function as the chief guest, Kedallo Tongmeth Wangnao lauded the unit for sincere and dedicated services.
Commanding Officer, Ladies Unit Lieut Col Leishimi Muinao, MSM, in her welcome address as called upon the gathering to reflect on the “sacrifices made, the challenges overcome, and the victories achieved,” as they celebrate the Silver Jubilee milestone.
“Because it was through the sacrificesof our esteemed pioneers and seniors that we get this opportunity to gather here with jubilant hearts,” the CO added.
Ladies Unit of Naga Army came into existence in the year 1999, stated a press release from the MIP NSCN (IM).
