On ‘AIR’: Mon, Tuensang to get FM transmitters on Friday

Kohima, April 27 (MExN): Along with 91 other across India, the district of Mon and Mon and Tuensang will get their 100W FM Transmitters on April 28. 

 

 

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually launch the ninety-one 100W FM transmitters virtually from New Delhi at 11 AM, the AIR Kohima informed.

With the inaugural of these 100W FM transmitters, we are hoping that people residing in and around within the coverage area of Mon and Tuensang will be covered with AIR FM signals,’ stated KK Rengma, Deputy Director General (Engineering) and Cluster Head All India Radio Nagaland.

 ‘We the look forward to the active participation and support from the public to make Community Radio Station (CRS) AIR Mon and Tuensang to achieve its goal of building an informed society,’ he added.
