Dimapur, August 24 (MExN): The Department of Power will undertake urgent maintenance work on the 66 kV Power House–Dairy Farm–Nito Farm transmission line on August 24.
Consequently, the 2×10 MVA, 66/11 kV Power House Substation, 10 MVA, 66/33/11 kV Dairy Farm Substation and 10 MVA, 66/33/11 kV Nito Farm Substation will remain under shutdown from 5 am to 8 am on Monday.
In an update, Executive Engineer Transmission Division Dimapur has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to affected consumers and sought their cooperation and support during the shutdown period.
The Power House (Burma Camp) Substation serves several areas and is the source for feeders supplying Purana Bazar, Airport, Veterinary, Town and Power House.
Among others, the Nito Farm Substation serves the rural borders of Dimapur and Niuland districts while Dairy Farm Substation covers area such as Zani, Darogajan, Shozukhu, Kuhuboto and Vihokhu.
