Kohima, May 28 (MExN): A felicitation programme for Kiidecho Khamo, Advisor CAWD & Taxes, Government of Nagaland, took place at Phusachodu village in Phek district on May 27.
Addressing the gathering, Khamo called upon the people to work collectively for all round development of the people in the society. Khamo assured to shoulder the responsibility with sincerity and efficiency.
The programme also witnessed short speeches from Phusachodumi Students’ Union, Ciefiizuii Ciirhah, President, NPF Phek division, Phusachodumi Union of Kohima, Dimapur, Pfutsero and Phek. The programme was chaired by Phusachodumi Youth Society (PYS) president Ciisato Riiho while welcome address was delivered by Phusachodu Village Council Chairman, Vehiipa Rose. Rev Vevotso Theluo, pastor Phusachodu Baptist Church invoked God’s blessing.
Folk tune was presented by Women Society and Women VDB’s Phusachodu and duet by Vetavolii Piiyo-o and Niithitsiilii Riiho. Phusachodu Baptist Church women pastor Vengotsolii Chiizho pronounced benediction. The programme was organized by Phusachodumi Youth Society.
