NPCC President holds meeting in Guwahati

Dimapur, May 28 (MExN): NPCC President, Supongmeren Jamir on Friday had a meeting with Ajay Maken, General Secretary AICC along with Naben Tuki, former CM & President Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee and Bhupen Borah, President Assam Pradesh Congress Committee at Guwahati.

The NPCC Communications Department in a press release stated that Congress on Friday asked nine questions to Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of his government completing nine years in power on May 30. The party released the document titled ‘9 saal 9 sawaal’, listing the queries on various subjects including economy, corruption, China border row, COVID management and social justice.

 

 

 

In the meeting, they discussed the failure and the nine-year ‘misrule’ of the Modi led BJP government. They also discussed failure of the government to fulfill its promises and that people had to bear the brunt of inflation, unemployment, and “dictatorial” decisions in these nine years among others, it stated.
